Dr. Singleton graduated in 1990 with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Texas Tech University in Lubbock. His practice concentration:  Occupational Medicine, Designated Doctor-High Performer, Expert witness, Post-DD authority, Disability Assessments, IME Examiner.
